Cropwell Bishop Stilton (v)

A delicious Blue Stilton handmade in Nottinghamshire by the Skailes family for three generations. Cropwell Bishop Stilton cheese is a rich and tangy Stilton, yet with a unique flavour. The final product offers a melt in the mouth, velvety soft texture.

Sharpham Cremet

Cremet is made using a mixture of locally sourced goats milk and double cream. Cremet has a white bloomy rind and a soft, creamy paste. The taste is mild, sweet with a slight sourness from the cream and a fresh lemony flavour with a subtle hint of goat.

Coastal Cheddar (v)

A rich, rugged and mature cheddar, which has a clean savoury and fruity taste and a distinct sweet finish. Aged for at least fifteen months, Coastal is characterised with a distinctive crunch – a result of the naturally forming calcium lactate crystals.

Lincolnshire Poacher

Unpasteurised cow

Our traditional Lincolnshire Poacher is smoked at a local smokehouse over untreated oak chips. It spends 24 hours in the smokehouse giving it a rich smokey flavour that compliments the cheese beautifully.
